Our sister company ACM provides loans funded not by conventional “institutional” lenders but by private “individual” lenders.

These loans provide excellent investment opportunities for the private investor interested in increasing their monthly income from the standard bank CD rates. ACM originates, underwrites and services the loan. Our investors receive monthly interest checks, typically yielding returns of 9-12%.
